If I raise any objection or complaint in court or before any other authority in the future, it shall be treated as a criminal act, since I have made this donation willingly and with full understanding, in my conscious mind.
This donation will be used for the protection and welfare of animals and for the following two projects:
- Development of an Orphanage (Anath Ashram) – ₹5,00,00,00,000 (Five Hundred Crores).
- Construction of a Goshala (Cow Shelter) – ₹5,00,00,00,000 (Five Hundred Crores).
I declare that my donation shall be utilized for the above projects as well as for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
I am making this donation voluntarily, without any pressure, influence, or coercion from anyone.
I take full responsibility for this contribution, which I am giving of my own free will and at my own risk, and I confirm that there is no liability or claim on the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), Working Space – All India regarding my payment.
The Society believes that whatever the nature of the donor's contribution, i.e., whether the amount is earned through honest means or by deception (Hawal Amount, Ghotala Amount , any type of trustee etc..), no amount should be mention their name . Therefore, the organisation needs this funding to run their shelter homes which we are requesting this contribution from you, which you can donate willingly, without any pressure.
Therefore, all members of the Society will remain devoted to your service throughout their lives and thank the donor for this amount.
The donor cannot express any kind of desire of this donation Amount. If the donor does so, it will not be justified. That means the only donor will be responsible & treat as culprit.
